This development project will soon be submitted to the Executive Vice President of Nokia Mary Dowell. While planning to use Windows Phone 7, Meltemi operating system seems to be a viable option from Nokia. Especially for Low-end phones. Because the operating system Windows Phone 7 only for High-End mobile-phones.
Nokia's own operating system development will provide a distinct advantage for Nokia because Nokia has been able to look different to its competitors like the iPhone and Android.
