Gadgetimes - Asus will soon release the ASUS Transformer 2 or more familiar called with ASUS Transformer Prime. This news we got from the inauguration of the ASUS Transformer 2 (Prime) Eee Pad in Hong Kong. Still the same as its predecessor, the ASUS Eee Pad Transformer Prime has a Dock Keyboard that is able to turn it into a netbook.

So what distinguishes these two tablets? ASUS Transformer 2 (Prime) Eee Pad has been using the quad-core Nvidia Tegra 3 as the chipset. Tablet which has a thickness of only 8.3 mm using the Android 4.0 ice cream sandwich as the operating system.
Another feature found on ASUS Transformer Prime is the availability of a microSD card slot and USB Mini port. Besides that ASUS Transformer Prime battery can last up to 14.5 hours of usage . ASUS Transformer Prime plans will be released in November 2011.
