Cowon has revealed his latest tablet media player called Cowon R7. Tablet with 7-inch screen which is also a crossover super media player that supports wide format of the Cowon, it appears with ability video display 1080p (via HDMI output) to 3GP, Flash, MKV (Matroska), and other formats. UI displays version of the Windows CE 6.0 artistic that has been modified and unfortunately do not have Internet access, it seems to be a step backwards from the Android-based Cowon D3 smaller.

In lieu of offline, this device has a capacity up to 64GB of built-ins for storage along with a microSDHC card slot for adding more. Audio support is also extensive and includes esoteric formats like APE, Musepack, WavPack, and Real Audio on the more common formats and audio recording of his own. Facilities typical MSG + Cowon audiotuning inside, and a pair of educational e-book provides a dictionary and help in teaching.
